What is the easiest way to lose Weight or any thing with excises?

I actually thumbed up the guy that said lift weights. He is 100% right. I just wanted to expand on what he said. Girls are afraid to lift. They think they will get bulky but they don't have the genes to get bulky. go to any fitness forums and you see guys complaining they can't gain muscle. If guys are having trouble bulking you as a girl wont get big. That being said lift heavy. Go to the gym and lift as heavy as you can. You shouldn't be able to do more than 8-10 reps. If you can the weight is too light. Stay away from the nice colored dumb bells they have for women. You might as well be working with a pencil. If you do this and eat enough protein you will not only slim down but you will get some nice tone. You belly will flatten, your butt will tighten, and you might get a lift in the bust. This is assuming you are working all your muscles. Movie stars and models don't have personal trainers to make them do cardio. They have them to set good resistance training workouts and push them through it to work hard.
