Online resources for learning French?

I want to learn french but can not take the class in school because I am continuing into my sixth year of spanish. I bought a book with basic grammar rules and a pronunciation guide which will certainly be helpful but was wondering if there are any free online resources that may help me in my quest to become at least partially multilingual.
