How do Americans pronounce Graham?

So I saw this video and the guy sang about Teddy Grahams which I always thort were Teddy grams, but now I'm just thinking it a pronunciation thing. So we say Graham like the boys name, gray em. Well not exactly gray em, kinda halfway between em and um. Anyways, everytime I hear the song I hear gram!
