I need to lose weight but I don't have time to excise, any suggestions?

I am a full-time nanny so I don't have time at all for formal exercising. I am trying to eat better and drink more water but I don't really have any idea on how and what to do. I need to lose about 10 pounds to be a healthy weight for my height and age. I want to lose the weight in a healthy manner, no crash diets or anything that isn't healthy. Any suggestions? Thanks!
