Are there any native English speakers?

I am wondering are you native speakers able to Clearly and Accurately hear every word from another Standard-English speakers? You might think it is a stupid question.But to me it Is a question,because in Chinese unless you TRY to confuse others,what you said will be understood word by word.But in English there are too many combined pronunciations ,some of which sound absolutely different from their separate pronunciation! Thanks for any help.
