Can I bring two laptops to India and keep one while coming back ?

I am going to India with a company laptop and a newly bought laptop which I will mention as personal laptop. The personal laptop will stay in India. Will there be a problem while departing from India ..i.e. will they ask me to pay excise because the item stayed in India ?
