Can I applied myself and for my wife a tourist visa without sponsor letter from brother/sister living Canada?

I, kul Deepak Sehgal a Indian Citizen, Superintentdent of Indian Customs and Central Excise, DELHI zone. I have three brothers and three sisters who are a permanent immigrant of CANADA. Last year in 2009 my one brother call me to visit Canada. I applied visa for myself and my wife and got Visa and accodingly we proceed for Canada on 8.11.2009 and return back in India on 28.12.2009. Now my second and third brother are making a mind to celebrate their 25th marriage Anversary on 17.6.2011. Can I visit Canada without supponsering anyone from Canada. On the basis of my documents already submitted in Embassy that I have Two properties in India in my name. The market value of the properties are above Two Crores. I myself and my wife having sufficient Cash balance in savings accounts/GPF A/c/Fixed with PPF etc. about 30 lacs. kindly suggest Can I applied myself and my wife direct to CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION IN NEW DELHI ONLY ON THE BASIS OF MY DOCUMENTS.
