How to properly pronounce MEDI�VAL Latin words.?

I have had a hard time finding sources on proper pronunciation of mediaeval Latin words. The classical pronunciation is easy to find due to it's popularity. I would imagine that mediaeval pronunciation would differ from region to region (i.e. Italy versus France),". Any help is appreciated :)
