A question for Atheists and Agnostics?

If your god could have been just there than why couldn't those particles have just been there? It's called having faith in the universe. We can too fly. It's called airplanes. We can too breathe under water. It's called scuba gear. Evolution made us smart enough to solve those problems our selves.
