What should I need to focus to get abs?

Hi I'm 18 years old I weigh 146 pounds and I always run for about an hour everyday and I just graduated and since I have more time I really want to work on my abs but I have no clue what to eat what excises I should do I been in track and x country for all four years and yea still no abs so please can anyone tell me what the proper way to get abs or a website would be nice to :)
