I got a really soft voice. Sometimes when I talk to people feel I got no air.lol I talk very soft..why?

How will I talk lounder? I do breating excise sometimes.. not everyday like I should do.. what else I need to do? I not talk much people cause I hate when people say what you say or look at me funny cause they get hear me..
