How can I lose weight? If anyone could give me some advice it would help me a lot?

Hey, I am 130, and 5'3. I use to weight about 115. I've have had eating disorders in the pass, but now I just want to become healthy and skinny. I have been going to the gym for about 2 months. I cut my diet to mainly no bread or sweets. I eat a lot of veggies and fruit. I mainly only drink water. I do not drink soda and when I drink or eat anything it's normally organic. Lately when I go to the gym I run one mile, jog/fast walk another mile and bike 4 to 5 miles. Then I also work on the other excise machines for about 30 min. I haven't lost a pound. :( I do not know what I am doing wrong. Any Tips or advice would help :(
