Can anyone help me write it out using its phonetics?

/nə.siːr/ This is the pronunciation of my name in my own language. When I try to write it with English alphabets, I cant write it. Because it is pronounced very differently from what it is in my language. I dont know which combination of letters to use to let others pronounce it correctly. I dont like to hear it be pronounced in a strange and funny way. Will a native speaker help me write a correct or at least an approximate spelling for it, please?
